1. Who we are

All Arboricultural Trees Services Ltd ("we", "us") is a family-run tree surgery firm registered in England & Wales, trading from 21 Woolmerdine Ct, Bushey WD23 2JF. We are the data controller for the personal information you share with us through this website, by phone or by email.

2. What we collect

When you use the quote form or contact us we collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you're enquiring about and any description of the job you choose to share. We do not ask for payment card details on the website.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a free site visit;
• Prepare and send you a written fixed-price quote;
• Deliver the job you've asked us to quote for, including any council TPO paperwork;
• Invoice you and keep tax records required by HMRC.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are (a) your consent when you submit the form or contact us, (b) the performance of a contract when we quote and carry out work for you, and (c) legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited details with third parties only where it's necessary to run the business:

• Our email provider (Microsoft/Outlook) to send and receive correspondence;
• Our quote and CRM tools where we track your enquiry through to completion;
• Your local council when we submit a TPO application or conservation-area notice on your behalf;
• Our accountant and HMRC for tax purposes.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a job are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to work we've quoted or completed are kept for at least 6 years to comply with HMRC record-keeping requirements.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not set advertising cookies. If we add website analytics in future we'll update this page and, where required, ask for your consent through a cookie banner.

7. Your rights
