These terms are maintained by All Arboricultural Trees Services Ltd. They summarise how we work with customers and are not a substitute for the individual written quote you'll receive for your job — that quote is the specific contract between us.
All Arboricultural Trees Services Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, trading from 21 Woolmerdine Ct, Bushey WD23 2JF ("we", "us"). Contact: 07960 863854 · allseasons-treeservices@outlook.com.
Quotes are free and follow a site visit. Every quote is written and fixed-price — we do not charge day rates. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless a different validity is stated in writing. Booking us to carry out the work confirms your acceptance of the quote and these terms.
We will carry out only the work described in your written quote. If, on the day, additional work is needed or requested, we will price it in writing and only proceed with your approval. Where a tree is subject to a TPO or sits in a conservation area, we will not touch it until the correct council consent or 6-week notice is in place.
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the trees on the agreed date, and for informing us of any hidden hazards (underground services, weak structures, pets in the garden, neighbour disputes). We reserve the right to postpone work where weather, access or site conditions make it unsafe to proceed; we will always tell you why.
No deposit is required for standard domestic jobs. Payment is due on completion by bank transfer or card unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing (for example, rolling maintenance contracts invoiced monthly). Late payments may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
You may cancel or rearrange a booked job at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged for the team's mobilisation time at cost.
We carry £10 million public liability and £5 million employers' liability insurance, certificates available on request. Our liability for direct loss or damage caused by our negligence is covered by that insurance. We are not liable for consequential loss, for pre-existing defects in your trees or property that we could not reasonably identify at the site visit, or for weather events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability which cannot legally be limited.
All arisings are chipped on-site where possible and removed under our Environment Agency waste-carrier registration. Firewood-grade logs can be left stacked if you'd like them — please tell us before the day.
If you are unhappy with any part of our work, please tell us straight away by phone or email so we can put it right. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
